Kompas Rose, LLC (Kompas) is a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) practicing principles of client focused planning, design management and construction activities. Building on more than 45 years of military and professional consulting experience, Kompas fills the gap in integrating proven expertise by assisting our clients with complex public works projects and federal programs addressing USEPA, municipal, state, and federal mandates. We are the clients advocate early in the planning stages, during design and construction through close out. Dedicated to serving our Veteran community, Kompas is a 100% Veteran owned small business providing meaningful opportunities for our Veterans in the built environment.

We understand that although the best laid plans and intentions are made early, site conditions, operations and regulatory expectations can influence execution strategies. Those influences need to be met head on and quickly resolved to maintain schedule.
